Naomi Hur is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who brings nearly a decade of dermatologic expertise to her patients, spanning both medical and cosmetic care. She specializes in the full spectrum of skin health — from the diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions to the artistry of aesthetic rejuvenation.

Naomi's clinical foundation was built at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she practiced in dermatology-oncology with a focused specialty in high-risk skin cancer among organ transplant recipients. In this high-acuity academic setting, she developed advanced proficiency in surgical dermatology, performing shave and punch biopsies, cryotherapy, and electrodesiccation and curettage, while managing complex care plans for a medically vulnerable patient population. Her expertise in this area was recognized nationally when she was invited to speak at a Dermatology Nurses Association conference on skin cancer risk after organ transplantation.

Alongside her medical practice, Naomi has cultivated deep expertise in aesthetic medicine. She approaches each cosmetic consultation with the same clinical rigor she brings to medical dermatology — thoroughly assessing each patient's goals and anatomy to design individualized treatment plans, then closely following outcomes to refine results over time.

Before specializing in dermatology, Naomi spent years as an Emergency Department and telemetry/ICU stepdown nurse at a Magnet-status teaching hospital, an experience that sharpened her clinical judgment and her ability to remain calm and precise under pressure. That foundation now informs the careful, evidence-based approach she brings to every patient encounter.

Naomi holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University; Naomi is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association. She commits her non-clinical time to staying at the forefront of her field by attending national dermatology and aesthetics conferences annually and spending time with her family.

Beth Hayward is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from LaSalle University while working full-time as a Registered Nurse in the Dermatologic Surgery Department at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. After completing her degree, she joined Penn Dermatology as a nurse practitioner, where she practiced for the next several years — during which she also built her expertise in injectable cosmetic treatments at About Face Skin Care.

Over her twelve years with Penn Dermatology and five years with About Face, Beth developed a comprehensive skill set spanning both medical and aesthetic dermatology. She later moved into private practice, where she offered both disciplines under one roof. Her many years of experience in academic and private practice dermatology prepared her to open and operate SkinSpire Dermatology and Aesthetics.

A Glenside, PA native, Beth earned her undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Outside of work, she treasures time with her two sons and staying connected with friends and family.

With more than 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, and brand marketing, Jennifer is a results-driven Marketing & Operations professional passionate about growing businesses, building trusted brands, and creating meaningful client and community connections.

Her expertise spans brand strategy, social media, content creation, email marketing, business development, local partnerships and events.. Jennifer is especially excited to return to the patient-facing side of the industry, reconnecting with clients and being part of their care experience.

Her passion for skincare and dermatology is personal as well. Having navigated her own skincare concerns and undergone multiple treatments for basal cell carcinoma, she understands firsthand the importance of compassionate care, trust, and helping patients feel confident in their skin. She brings this perspective, along with her creativity and business expertise, to every patient and practice she serves.

From a young age, Natalie understood the importance of taking care of her skin. With her Irish heritage, sunscreen was always a non-negotiable! Over the years, those early habits grew into a genuine passion for skincare and, ultimately, a desire to build a career helping others feel their absolute best in their own skin.

Natalie received her esthetician license in 2023, allowing her to turn her passion for skincare into a profession. Through her education and training, she developed a strong foundation in skincare ingredients, treatments, and facial services. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a degree in nursing, with a particular interest in dermatology.

While completing her degree, Natalie is proud to be part of the SkinSpire team as a Medical Assistant. Drawing on her previous experience in healthcare settings, she brings a patient-centered approach, strong teamwork skills, and careful attention to detail to her role. Whether she is assisting the clinical team or helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, Natalie is dedicated to creating a positive experience from start to finish.
